My Story
Throughout school years I competed in athletics and team sports, and since have done a lot of hilly cycling and tennis. I know how much skilled massage and simple exercises have helped me when I needed it. I have had times like many people when pain has been a part of my daily life and have used that experience to learn more about what's happening in our tissues when we experience pain and the options we have to change this. I am a member of The Sports Therapy Association, complete lots of training every year to keep up to date with best practice and subscribe to the Better Clinician Project and and Le Pub Scientific​.

My Approach
I adapt each treatment to suit you on the day. I will listen to what you want help with and what approach works for you. We will agree your treatment for that day and as well as a wonderful massage, I will probably give you some simple exercises to do at home.
For people who experience persistent pain I will explore with you the many factors at play and where you may be able to create change for the better and help you along the path to increasing easier movement.
